Well, well now, even without the insane turn-arounds and crazy plays of Super Bowl XLIII, some Arizona viewers still had something to smirk about after the Cardinals loss. Shortly after their comeback touchdown, Tuscon Comcast customers received a 30 second clip from one of Comcasts pay-per-view channels interrupted the end-zone festivities, with festivities of another sort. A slight of somebodies pirating hand brought around a waggling penis. A little laughter for some, and probably much more horror to others. Those who have to explain to their young children what that was all about are quite possible a little miffed. But let’s face it, once you’ve seen the skit, it could have been worse. No bodily fluids and all flacid, even the chick side kick stiffles her laughter. It was comedy all around. Now, for those truly offended, Comcast issued a formal apology and a 10 dollar subscriber credit *smirk*.
I learned about the whole fiasco in a Gizmodo article that some friends hipped me to. Go there to watch the clip, or to the website for the guy in Tuscon who recorded the video. Sorry, I couldn’t figure out how to embed the video
